    Around Killeen, Calvin walks the space with you. Farther away, a partner lead does the walkthrough and Calvin joins by phone or video. Either way, Calvin confirms the scope and sends a written estimate. No commitment until you approve it.

    We clean on the agreed schedule against a written checklist for your site, then follow up to make sure it was done right.
