This note covers the quote request and partner registration forms on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms: your name, business name, contact details, service location, the work you describe, and, for partners, business details such as UEI, SAM.gov status, certifications, NAICS codes, service area, and insurance status.

We don't ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, or bank details. Please don't put them in any field.

How we use it

To answer your request, match partners to jobs they're qualified for, and keep a record of our contact with you. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

If we move forward with a partner and a background check is needed, we'll ask for a separate written authorization first. No check is run from this form.
