How we deliver
This is our operating plan for every contract, starting with the first one. It describes how Calvin runs the work, not a record of past contracts. The Quality Control Plan summary (PDF) puts it on one page.
Owner-supervised work
Calvin manages each contract himself. He leads the kickoff and the inspections, on site or remotely with the partner's site lead, reviews every inspection record, and is the one person accountable to the contracting officer and the COR.
Site-specific checklists tied to the PWS
Before day one we turn the Performance Work Statement into a written checklist for each area of the building: each task, how often, and the standard it must meet, cross-referenced to the PWS paragraph it comes from.
Quality control and corrective action
- Scheduled and unannounced inspections against the checklist.
- Every deficiency logged, corrected, and re-inspected.
- Repeat problems get a root-cause fix, such as retraining, a schedule change, or a checklist change.
- Inspection and correction records available to the COR.
Staffing and backup coverage
Each site is staffed with vetted workers: our own hires near our Killeen home base, or qualified local partner firms working as our subcontractors elsewhere, under Calvin's oversight. Every site has named backup coverage so an absence doesn't become a missed service. On set-aside awards we track the limitations on subcontracting.
Supplies and equipment
Supplies and equipment are sourced for each site to match the PWS, including any product requirements the contract sets. Safety Data Sheets are kept on site, and equipment is in place and checked before the start date.
Communication with the COR
One point of contact. A kickoff meeting before start, a check-in schedule the COR sets, prompt notice of any problem, and a reply to COR requests within one business day.
